Responsibilities

• Oversee store presentation, merchandise implementation, floor moves, and planning.
• Use business trend reports and the promotional calendar to set priorities and meet event deadlines.
• Manage shortage and adherence to audit standards.
• Train and coach merchandising and selling teams to execute merchandise strategies and standards.
• Support store operational functions and maintain effective stock areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to monitor workflow and meet priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
