Summary
The Manager of Social Media will lead strategy and execution for the brand's social presence, focusing on Instagram and TikTok while supporting secondary channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media and Content, this hybrid role requires strong content ideation, community building, and performance analysis skills to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaign plans for Instagram and TikTok.
- Oversee daily maintenance of a 360 digital content calendar and posting schedules.
- Brief and manage development of engaging storytelling led social content in collaboration with creative and marketing.
- Manage talent deliverables and relationships with Global Brand Ambassadors.
- Lead community management, voice, and engagement strategy across social channels.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to identify content opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights.
- Partner cross functionally to align social content with broader marketing initiatives and paid media.
- Create and distribute a bi weekly social newsletter on trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in social media management; luxury social media experience a plus.
- In depth knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills with eye for digital content.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content apps.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities.
- Strong communication and writing skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally.
- Ability to use data driven insights to optimize content and campaigns.
