Job Description

Summary

As the Manager Off Premise Chains and Experiential Retail Account Lead, you will be the face of Moët Hennessy for key accounts, responsible for cultivating relationships and achieving sales and visibility goals. You will work within the prestigious LVMH Group, crafting unforgettable experiences and driving success across various accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Sell in MH brands/products and select relevant activations/programs for each account.
  • Identify opportunities for bespoke programs and deeper brand education.
  • Visit accounts to maintain relationships and monitor performance.
  • Act as a consultant on portfolio opportunities and growth.
  • Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales reps for pricing and fulfillment support.
  • Build a key account plan through long-term partnerships and ongoing programming.
  • Inform channel or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits.
  • Strong sales background and self-starter attitude.
  • Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of key business issues to effective sales pitches and strategy-setting.
  • Highly effective influencing and partnering skills.
  • Refined communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and experience analyzing ROI and budget management.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to manage change in direction.
