Job Description

Summary

The Manager, Account Lead - Multicultural serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts, owning relationships and delivering sales and visibility goals across multicultural channels. This hybrid role is based in Washington D.C. and requires in-market activity to drive commercial growth, program execution, and distributor collaboration. The role focuses on account planning, trade advocacy, and developing bespoke activations to grow distribution and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth in key multicultural accounts by selling brands, programs, and activations.
  • Develop and execute key account plans, bespoke programs, and upsell opportunities.
  • Visit accounts to maintain relationships, monitor performance, and deliver agreed programming.
  • Coordinate with channel leads, field trade marketing, and distributors for pricing, fulfillment, and execution.
  • Lead trade advocacy, provide education and creative ideas, and ensure activations meet brand guidelines.
  • Manage logistics for in-market support, including transport of POS materials and on-site program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven sales background with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Experience analyzing ROI, managing budgets, and applying syndicated data insights.
  • Refined communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and frequent driving for account visits; ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
