Job Description

Summary

The Account Lead represents Moët Hennessy to assigned accounts and develops relationships that support sales growth and brand visibility across the territory. The role partners with distributors to execute key brand initiatives and is based remotely in Tampa with frequent in-market activity.

Responsibilities

  • Own account relationships and deliver volume-driving sales and visibility goals.
  • Manage distributor progress and execution of key brand initiatives.
  • Conduct account visits and engagement, coordinate account programs and consumer experiences, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze return on investment, budgets, and syndicated data to guide sales pitches and strategy.
  • Drive frequently to visit accounts and transport point-of-sale materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in wine and spirits sales and marketing.
  • Strong sales, relationship-building, influencing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of consumer expectations in the territory and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
