Summary
The Manager, Operational Excellence Automation leads continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen process governance and deliver measurable business value across Richemont Americas. The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to streamline processes, advance automation, and ensure sustainable adoption of new tools and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional improvement programs, assess processes, and define opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and operational applications, aligning stakeholders and overseeing scope, schedules, risks, and benefits.
- Identify and advance automation and digitization opportunities using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and workflow tools.
- Establish development standards, reduce technical debt, and align local practices with enterprise frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and change-management activities, coach teams, and communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Oversee support and continuous improvement of operational tools, sites, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
- At least 3 years of experience leading application or Power Platform development teams, business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
- At least 2 years managing cross-functional projects and partnering with business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience managing initiatives through planning, requirements, design, implementation, testing, training, deployment, adoption, and benefits tracking.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, process mapping, root-cause analysis, change management, workflow design, and performance metrics.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and digital collaboration platforms; strong communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and able to work with diverse, cross-functional teams.
