Requirements- 3-5 years of warehouse experience in a managerial or training role.
- Proven capability in identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Demonstrated capabilities in developing others and growing leadership competencies.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Ability to analyze data and determine actions based on improvement opportunities.
- Strong partnership and relationship development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Ability to work a varied set of times and days to meet business needs.
