Summary
The Manager, PR will lead traditional and digital public relations and influencer initiatives across North America, developing strategic editorial and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and support regional marketing goals. This role manages media relations, influencer campaigns, press events, boutique openings, and talent dressing and seeding efforts in coordination with HQ and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR and influencer strategies to increase editorial coverage and brand exposure across USA Canada and Mexico
- Plan and manage communication calendar including press releases pitching and asset preparation
- Lead outreach to national regional and trade media and maintain a targeted media database
- Partner with agencies to monitor coverage track campaign success and manage PR budgets
- Develop and implement talent dressing seeding and influencer campaigns and measure ROI
- Manage seasonal sample and seeding orders store pulls giftings and PR closet organization
- Coordinate press days show appointments showrooms and boutique fittings with internal teams and agencies
- Support event activation guest lists logistics and FOH management for media VIPs and talent
- Oversee administrative duties including budget management and sample traffic via Fashion GPS
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public relations influencer marketing or agency setting
- Proven track record securing coverage in top tier outlets and managing influencer campaigns
- Experience with influencer platforms social media and content marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office media monitoring tools and influencer management platforms
- Strong analytical problem solving and organizational project management skills
