Summary
Lead global performance marketing channels and oversee paid media strategy with a focus on measurement, testing and cross functional alignment. Partner with senior brand and external agency partners to scale campaigns, drive media incrementality and incorporate new technologies while managing a hybrid New York based team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global performance marketing channels and localize media activations.
- Partner with Sr. Manager of Brand Media to align brand and performance strategies.
- Develop team talent, foster collaboration and ensure clear communication.
- Implement measurement methodologies and operational frameworks for testing road maps.
- Project manage cross functional initiatives and align on KPIs while removing roadblocks.
- Develop test and learn roadmaps to inform investment strategy and increase incrementality.
- Collaborate with platform partners, media agencies and creative teams to scale paid media.
- Lead partnership QBRs to ensure agency and platform performance.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends and evaluate new technologies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required.
- 3-6 years in performance media with a focus on analytics; luxury or fashion experience a plus.
- Knowledge of media measurement solutions and testing implementations such as MMM and split testing.
- Proven strategic and data analysis skills to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience leading and developing a team with strong project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen in budget management and optimizing marketing investments.
- Ability to adapt strategies in a fast paced environment and innovate as needed.
- Technical proficiency with marketing technologies, digital platforms and analytics tools.
