Summary
The Manager Partnerships And Events supports the Marketing and Communications team in developing and executing brand partnerships and experiential initiatives across North America. This role manages day to day partnership and event operations, collaborating cross functionally to ensure seamless execution aligned with brand strategy and values.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of North America image activations from briefing through delivery
- Own timelines, budgets, vendor management, production planning, and on site coordination
- Compile project recaps with learnings and recommendations
- Contribute to development of experiential concepts and creative approaches
- Support development of brand partnership frameworks through research and opportunity assessment
- Serve as primary contact for assigned initiatives and coordinate with Global and internal stakeholders
- Manage budget tracking, estimates, monthly reporting, and reconciliations
- Maintain understanding of industry trends and apply insights to strengthen execution
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in event production or management
- Experience in luxury or retail environments
- Knowledge of luxury trends including influencers, art, music, food, and fashion
- Ability to manage cross functional projects and liaise across teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Budget management experience
- Detail oriented, team player, self starter able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in marketing and brand partnerships
