Job Description

Summary

The Manager, People Business Partner supports Ralph Lauren's North Carolina campus and facilities as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees. The role oversees people programs, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and engagement initiatives for frontline and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance concerns, corrective actions, and company policies.
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, salary planning, and succession planning processes.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, separations, and internal career development.
  • Develop employee engagement and training initiatives, and analyze reports and workforce metrics.
  • Partner with Finance and People teams on budgets, compensation, benefits, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR business partner or generalist, preferably supporting frontline employee populations.
  • Knowledge of performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, change management, training, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and HR policies and processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, prioritization, and confidentiality skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred, and Kronos familiarity preferred.
