Job Description

Summary

As the Manager of People and Organization at Wynn, you will lead the execution of core Human Resources processes within the Fashion boutiques in Las Vegas. You will be a key business partner to the Boutique Leadership Teams, helping build leadership skills and driving performance in a human-driven way. Your role will be both hands-on and strategic, focusing on building relationships and creating effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Create an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth and contributes to collective progress.
  • Build and foster connections across all levels within the Las Vegas Boutiques.
  • Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams and Education Team to onboard and integrate new team members.
  • Conduct exit interviews and utilize findings to make meaningful decisions.
  • Support career discussions, workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Guide the annual compensation and performance review process.
  • Identify opportunity areas and performance gaps, providing guidance on performance management.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for all positions under management level.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal/State employment practices and partner with Legal and other teams for alignment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of core HR experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior HR experience within a Retail/Wholesale environment preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and basic analysis in Excel.
  • Ability to work on-site in a retail environment three days per week.
