Job Description

Summary

As a Manager Post Production at Harry Rosen Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our Marketing team, leading the post-production process for photography and videography. You will ensure the highest quality of visual content, aligning with our brand standards and contributing to our media development evolution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead photography editing and retouching to produce production-ready deliverables for eCommerce and creative photography.
  • Maintain excellence in editing techniques and asset management processes.
  • Collaborate with photographers to produce high-quality assets in line with brand standards.
  • Deliver polished video content for eCommerce and campaign channels, applying advanced editing techniques.
  • Oversee video asset storage and compliance with digital asset management guidelines.
  • Establish best practices for editing and serve as an expert authority in the function.
  • Manage team engagement, development, and succession planning.
  • Support studio administrative and management functions to drive production effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retouching and video editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work outside typical office hours.
  • Experience with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Squarespace.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities under tight time constraints.
  • Retail business experience is an asset.
