Summary

Product Manager responsible for driving the business for Handbags Small Leather Goods and Shoes, acting as a brand ambassador and coaching a store sales team while partnering with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to deliver exceptional client experiences and business results.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product details and service delivery
• Drive assortment planning analysis and reporting for assigned categories
• Partner with Home Office buying team on product planning
• Lead team performance using key performance indicators
• Represent the brand in the market through community and partnership activities
• Create a positive working environment fostering feedback diversity and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Experience in boutique management with in-store presence to coach teams
• Strong communication skills and passion for client experience
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the brand
