Job Description

Summary

The Product Manager owns and drives the Handbags and Small Leather Goods business in a boutique. They lead and develop the sales team, deliver elevated client experiences, and partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated client experiences and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
  • Train team members on product details, brand savoir-faire, and service delivery.
  • Drive category analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
  • Apply performance indicators and business insights to improve team and category results.
  • Develop the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and passion for client experience.
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, uphold boutique standards, and deliver client service.
