Summary

The Product Manager is a retail leader responsible for driving the business for the Handbags and Small Leather Goods category in the Dallas boutique. They coach and manage a team of salespeople, own assortment planning, analysis and reporting, and partner with the home office buying team. This role requires in-store presence to uphold boutique image, deliver an elevated client experience, and achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead boutique sales teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Own category performance including assortment planning, analysis, and reporting
• Partner with Boutique Director and home office buying teams on merchandising and assortment decisions
• Develop local client base through community partnerships, events, and market representation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and client experience skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays and lift up to 15 lbs
