Requirements- 10+ years of leadership experience in product development within garment manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing and developing large, diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Word, Tableau, and Flex PLM.
- Willingness to travel throughout the U.S., Asia, South America, and Europe.
