Summary
The Manager, Product Experiences leads the planning and delivery of pop-ups and enhanced visual activations from concept through implementation and post-program evaluation. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, budget management and commercial performance while developing scalable tools and governance for the function. The Manager provides day-to-day leadership, coaching and development to the Product Experience team and partners with Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations and external brand partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of pop-ups and enhanced visual experiences from concept through implementation and post-program evaluation.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, budgets, approvals and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships, providing direction from concept to execution in line with brand and build guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder planning meetings and ensure alignment, accountability and effective communication.
- Monitor sales, commercial targets and customer engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Lead program recaps and translate findings into actionable recommendations and scalable best practices.
- Establish program governance, documentation standards and processes to support consistent execution.
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance feedback to Product Experience team members.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Event Management, Business or related discipline.
- 5+ years progressive experience in experiential marketing, retail activations, project management or events, leading complex cross-functional programs.
- 2-3 years people leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing budgets, evaluating performance metrics and negotiating with vendors and agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
