Manager, Product - Short Hills

Summary

The Product Manager leads the Leather Goods and Shoes categories in a boutique, delivering elevated client experiences and driving business results. This role coaches and develops a diverse sales team and partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team.

Responsibilities

• Coach, inspire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Lead category analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
• Apply key performance indicators to improve team and business performance.
• Build the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and events.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment and uphold boutique image and operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Passion for client experience and the brand's history and products.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
