Manager, Product - Westfield UTC

Summary

As Manager, Product you will act as a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving the performance of a defined product category within the Westfield UTC boutique. You will coach and develop a diverse in-store sales team, partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment and business planning, and deliver an elevated client experience through leadership and market representation.

Responsibilities

• Coach, inspire, and manage boutique sales teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business targets
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service delivery, and CHANEL savoir faire
• Own the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and collaboration with Home Office buying
• Use KPIs and performance insights to drive team and business improvement
• Represent the brand in the local market and develop the client base through community partnerships and events
• Maintain boutique image and operational standards to support business results

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related retail experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven people leadership and strong communication skills
• Passion for client experience and knowledge of luxury product and brand heritage
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays; in-store presence required
• Ability to lift 15 lbs; foreign language skills preferred
