Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Product and Trade Marketing at Harry Rosen Inc., you will play a crucial role in bringing products to life through innovative programs that inspire and engage customers. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with brand partners and internal teams to execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow relationships with brand partners to optimize co-op marketing programs.
  • Lead seasonal vendor calls and develop plans based on objectives and budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations on product assortments.
  • Lead the development and execution of product-focused marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of co-op campaigns.
  • Lead the development of seasonal internal content and training programs.
  • Oversee the tracking and execution of seasonal priorities.
  • Establish performance goals and provide leadership to team members.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of related experience in Marketing and/or Fashion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and across functions.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
