Job Description

Summary

Manage strategic initiatives and capital investment projects from ideation through post-project evaluation to support the organization's future agenda and operational integration. Provide project management services, lead cross-functional collaboration, and deliver reporting to Executive stakeholders while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from ideation to implementation and post-project performance tracking
  • Create project work plans, charters, critical paths, and schedules
  • Drive accountability and progress of business teams to meet deliverables
  • Lead project and coordination meetings with business teams
  • Prepare project reporting on progress, budget forecast, risks, and results
  • Provide onsite leadership support during implementation and ensure operational integration
  • Coordinate training and communications for rollouts and re-training as needed
  • Complete post-project evaluation and analysis to improve delivery

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • PMP designation an asset
  • 5-7 years of post-university project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role within retail
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
