Manager, Regional Technology

Summary

The Regional Technology Manager leads the deployment, reliability, and adoption of store technology across a defined region. This role partners with store leadership and central IT to deliver technology initiatives, resolve complex escalations, and improve store operations. The manager also analyzes regional feedback and incidents to guide proactive support and future improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional technology pilots, rollouts, system upgrades, readiness, testing, and quality assurance.
• Consult with store leaders on using systems such as POS, mobile devices, and clienteling tools to support business goals.
• Coordinate critical incident response, vendor activity, installations, and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Create and maintain training materials, operational playbooks, and documentation, and support store team adoption.
• Analyze incident data and field feedback to identify process gaps and recommend proactive support strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology operations, IT project management, or retail systems support.
• Strong project management, communication, consultation, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with technology escalations, quality assurance, and testing processes.
• Working knowledge of retail environments, network infrastructure, POS systems, and mobile device management tools.
