Manager, Regional Technology

Summary

The Regional Technology Manager leads the implementation, reliability, and adoption of store technology across a defined region. This role partners with store leadership and central IT to deliver technology initiatives, resolve escalations, and improve store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional technology pilots, rollouts, upgrades, testing, and quality assurance.
• Consult with store leaders on technology use and relay regional feedback to central IT.
• Lead responses to major technical incidents, coordinate vendors, and resolve recurring issues.
• Develop training materials and operational documentation, and support adoption of technology changes.
• Analyze incident data and recommend proactive support and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology operations, IT project management, or retail systems support.
• Project management skills and experience coordinating deployments, QA, testing, and major technology escalations.
• Working knowledge of retail environments, network infrastructure, POS systems, and mobile device management tools.
• Strong communication, consulting, documentation, and prioritization skills.
