Summary
The Manager, Retail Operating Systems & Applications supports implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of retail technology across the Americas. This role manages technology projects that support boutique operations, improve employee experience, and enhance the client journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail technology projects from planning through implementation, adoption, and optimization.
- Coordinate application testing, pilots, deployments, and rollouts; track progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with boutiques and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into project requirements and deliverables.
- Create project documentation, user guides, procedures, and supporting materials.
- Support change management and adoption, gather feedback, identify barriers, and recommend workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in retail operations, retail technology, or project management, ideally in luxury, premium consumer, or specialty retail.
- Experience supporting technology implementations, application rollouts, process improvements, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of retail technology, applications, and operational processes, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS, CRM, inventory management, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise retail systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant education and experience combinations considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
