Summary

Store Sales Manager responsible for leading the cosmetics sales team at the Huntington Station location. Drives sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining brand and merchandising standards. Oversees daily floor operations and partners with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach cosmetics sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Manage daily cosmetics floor operations, including merchandising, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and oversee proactive clienteling efforts.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Support hiring, scheduling, performance management, and associate development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing sales teams.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed.
