Requirements

• Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
