Job Description

Summary

Manage sales operations for the home and furniture category, leading the team to meet revenue and service goals while ensuring a premium customer experience. This role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching staff, and collaborating with store leadership to optimize merchandising and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the home and furniture category
  • Coach team members on selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Monitor floor performance and adjust staffing or merchandising as needed
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends
  • Coordinate with store management on inventory, displays, and promotions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of retail management or sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and implement improvements
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
