Summary

Manage sales operations for the mens division at a retail location, leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Oversee daily store activities including merchandising, inventory, and team development. Serve as the primary on-site leader ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Oversee merchandising and visual presentation for the mens department
• Coach staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
• Ensure high standards of customer service and clienteling
• Resolve escalated customer issues and returns

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
