Job Description

Summary

As the Manager of Specialty Coffee at St John's Town Center, you will be a coach, mentor, customer experience guru, and business driver. You will complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit.
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to consistently deliver amazing customer service.
  • Support the success of the unit by implementing store strategy, complying with company procedures, and maintaining productivity and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in coffee bar management.
  • Knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food with a keen interest in learning more.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
  • Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
  • Solid communication and basic accounting skills.
