As the Manager of Specialty Coffee at Tacoma Mall, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business success. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and managing staff to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program to understand all aspects of running a successful unit.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Support the unit's success by maintaining customer satisfaction, implementing store strategies, and managing productivity and costs.

• 2+ years of experience in coffee bar management.
• Knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food with a desire to learn more.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
• Possession of a food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations.
• Strong communication and basic accounting skills.
