Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Talent and Influencer Relations at Tiffany & Co., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand's influencer strategy across the Americas. Based in New York City, you will build and nurture high-impact relationships with talent and cultural figures, driving engagement and brand relevance in key luxury markets.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with high-impact influencers and cultural tastemakers in key U.S. markets.
  • Identify talent who align with Tiffany's brand values and lead influencer integration into key brand moments.
  • Scout emerging voices across various fields to keep the brand at the forefront of trend and innovation.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across influencer activations.
  • Drive sales and client conversion through strategic product placement and talent-led experiences.
  • Track and report on influencer-driven KPIs and optimize talent partnerships for measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage strategic gifting and seeding programs to generate organic content with high purchase influence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in influencer relations or talent partnerships within luxury or related industries.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with talent and cultural figures.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret influencer performance data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing influencer contracts with internal legal teams.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly attuned to cultural trends and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Ability to manage under tight deadlines and work non-traditional hours when necessary.
  • Some travel to key markets required.
