- Coordinate and manage training calendar for seasonal launches and events.
- Adjust priorities and manage time to support business needs effectively.
Requirements- 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Proficiency in developing interactive and comprehensive training programs.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong computer presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
