Summary
Responsible for overseeing all treasury functions for the division including credit management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, internal controls, and treasury reporting to ensure financial stability and optimal liquidity. The role partners with corporate treasury and other finance teams to develop strategies to mitigate risk and optimize cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Oversee credit management processes and report internal credit limits to headquarters.
- Manage relationships with credit insurance providers and resolve orders on hold.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Monitor cash positions and coordinate with corporate treasury to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Participate in payments approval processes including intercompany settlements.
- Maintain treasury reporting in SyRUS and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain strong internal control environment.
- Assist other finance and accounting initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury management experience.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, credit management, cash forecasting, and risk management techniques.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in beauty, luxury goods, or consumer products preferred.
- Ability to support audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
