Manager, VIC Activations

Summary

The Manager, VIC Activations plans, coordinates, and executes luxury client activations for the flagship store. The role partners with store and corporate teams to strengthen client relationships, elevate brand partnerships, and grow the luxury top-client business.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and seasonal activation calendar and coordinate with store, corporate, marketing, merchant, and vendor partners.
• Manage client nominations, event readiness, bespoke outreach, on-site hosting, and post-event follow-up.
• Serve as the store point of contact for hosted flagship appointments across the network.
• Lead post-activation reporting, track outcomes, and recommend improvements based on business results and client feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, client development, or omnichannel customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel, work in stores, and maintain a flexible schedule.
