Requirements- Minimum 5 years of store management or flagship assistant store manager experience.
- Previous buying experience and managing multi-person teams.
- Experience reporting to executive management and merchant levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to run a high-volume store and drive sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with luxury clientele experience.
- Ability to supervise and develop high-level store management members.
- Strategic mindset and openness to change.
- Ability to motivate and maintain team morale.
- Experience working with European brands and knowledge of French is helpful.
- Travel required, 4-5 weeks annually to Paris.
