As a Marchandiseur Visuel at Holt Renfrew, you will create captivating and cutting-edge visual merchandising installations that align with the company's visual merchandising guidelines. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, enhancing the customer experience through innovative product displays.

• Install and maintain brand-adjacent merchandising, product positioning, and displays according to head office guidelines.
• Adhere to head office standards, processes, and protocols for visual merchandising.
• Guide and promote visual merchandising guidelines by collaborating with internal teams, sales advisors, and vendors.
• Understand brand matrix and company essence while staying informed about vendor guidelines.
• Enhance and update knowledge of relevant fashion trends and vendor styling guidelines to develop a unique fashion perspective aligned with Holt Renfrew's brand identity and core customer segments.
• Create avant-garde presentations in windows, main interior areas, and on department mannequins, integrating merchandise while observing CSAM guidelines.
• Deliver superior and luxurious setups for all visual merchandising activities.
• Commit to refreshing the customer experience regularly by conducting proper checks, providing plans, and integrating new items.
• Manage the rotation and amalgamation of older merchandise regularly.
• Collaborate with all internal employees and management teams to plan, implement, and maintain all visual merchandising presentations to drive sales.
• Work with sales advisors, specialists, and personal shopping advisors to ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines, including steaming clothes, dusting merchandise, and maintaining a neat presentation.

• 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
