Job Description

Summary

As a Market Director in Miami, you will lead and develop a team within the Fragrance & Beauty wholesale sector, focusing on client and service experience to drive sales and market share growth. You will identify opportunities within your region and partner with the Head of Sales and Corporate partners to support market objectives, service-driven client experiences, and talent development.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Boutique Directors and build succession plans.
  • Support Boutique Directors in recruiting, coaching, and developing boutique teams.
  • Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility into operations and team development.
  • Partner with the Education team to execute training initiatives for retail teams.
  • Support the execution of client experience programs, services, and events.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as sales, traffic, and conversion to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with Boutique Directors to implement business-driving strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence for boutiques, including enforcement of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
  • Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
  • Home office set up, travel to points of sales/corporate offices required.
  • Travel requirement of approx. 50% - 75%.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
