Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of depletion and revenue goals for the market.
- Plan and manage budgets and brand allocations for accounts.
- Ensure quality of brand mix, inventory, size mix, and market pricing.
- Monitor sales and depletion metrics and handle distributor targets.
- Plan program and pricing calendar in partnership with the distributor.
- Monitor activities and program calendar to achieve brand priorities.
- Accountable for market forecast in partnership with Forecasting & Operations.
- Handle DPP and FTT budgets effectively.
- Align with commercial enablement budgeting and analytics on pricing feedback.
- Participate in Market/Maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor education.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing in wine and spirits.
- 5+ years of people management and leading distributor teams.
- Extensive understanding of leading distributor teams and operation elements.
- Deep understanding of consumer expectations within the state/market.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Well-developed finance and budget management skills.
- Highly effective influencing and partnering skills.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible approach and ability to handle change in direction.
