Job Description

Summary

The Market Specialist provides reporting, administrative, and coordination support to the Commercial Sales team, driving accurate market analysis and operational execution. This hybrid role is based in Miramar, FL and partners with internal stakeholders and distributors to support market activities, budgeting, and expense management. The role focuses on monthly brand performance reporting, invoice and PO processing, POS reconciliation, and travel and entertainment oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor monthly brand performance reports and provide detailed analysis on issues and opportunities.
  • Support market reporting needs and consolidate feedback for General Managers and Market Directors.
  • Manage purchase order creation and processing and coordinate POS ordering with distributors.
  • Support invoice coding, reconciliation, A P and T E reclasses, and maintain accurate spend tracking versus budget.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting support for market activities and Maison visits.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support market operations and cross functional project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a business analytical role, preferably in luxury consumer goods or wines and spirits.
  • Strong finance and budget management skills, including PO and invoice processes and expense reconciliation.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and internal database systems; highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
