Job Description

Summary

As a Market and Customer Intelligence Lead at Ralph Lauren, you will support advanced analytics in North America, contributing to the development of consumer insights across all channels and divisions. You will play a key role in building a world-class analytics function, incorporating AI and data models to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts, and collaborate with an external CRM modeling agency.
  • Integrate with Global CIX teams to ensure NA representation in data and capability roadmaps.
  • Ensure accurate data consolidation in ZMP for company use.
  • Serve as the NA regional lead for customer data questions and validation.
  • Partner with CIX channel leads, marketing, and business planning teams to support forecasting and measurement.
  • Participate in strategic planning of marketing plans and analyze the impact of DTC marketing initiatives.
  • Lead data capture capabilities across all channels.
  • Collaborate with CRM agency and Global CIX team on strategic initiatives and implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience in Analytics, Customer Marketing, AI, CRM/Database/Data Marts.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
  • Knowledge or interest in Python or R.
  • Strong understanding of customer analytics and data science concepts.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Background in Statistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
