Summary
Support the marketing and events team in a luxury retail environment by coordinating and executing brand and in-store events, assisting with marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Work cross-functionally with store teams and headquarters to ensure events and marketing assets meet brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing brand and in-store events, client activations, and store openings.
- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, supplies, invitations, catering, and on-site support.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, retail, merchandising, and headquarters teams to execute projects.
- Monitor event budgets and track expenditures, providing regular reports.
- Support development and implementation of marketing campaigns across the retail network.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials and event inventory.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant marketing or events experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with marketing software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
