Job Description

Summary

As the Marketing Communications AVP at Jaeger-LeCoultre in New York, you will lead the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand positioning, consumer awareness, and revenue growth in North America. You will collaborate with the Brand President and commercial team to execute strategic brand direction.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute regional marketing plans across the US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM.
  • Develop brand image and manage effective product launches.
  • Oversee digital, print, and OOH media strategies to amplify brand awareness.
  • Manage PR strategies and develop partnerships with trendsetters and influencers.
  • Develop and implement event strategies to drive sales and elevate brand image.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of Visual Merchandising across the region.
  • Lead and develop the marketing and communication team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Background in luxury, consumer goods, or luxury hospitality is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and networking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and to Europe.
