Job Description

Summary

Join Breitling's dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator, where you will support the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives. Your mission is to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including retail and wholesale environments, events, activations, and media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate in-store events, including setup, execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage logistics, product displays, and point-of-sale materials for regional events.
  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Assist retailers in developing strategic co-op advertising plans.
  • Secure organic media coverage and compile monthly reports on earned media performance.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of trade marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring the regional marketing budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a luxury brand or agency setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
