SummaryAs a Marketing Coordinator at Jaeger-LeCoultre North America, you will support the 360 marketing efforts of the Maison in the Americas region. Your role will enhance Jaeger-LeCoultre’s brand image across platforms and business impact through coordinating Coop Advertising and Events.
Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Media Advertising Coop Campaigns across the Americas region.
- Coordinate the implementation of each campaign in a timely manner with partners.
- Collaborate with HQ to discuss upcoming Coop opportunities and creatives.
- Work with digital agency to develop correct ads/creatives for each advertisement needed.
- Responsible for invoice payments and tracking, ensuring consistency with finance departments and respecting budgets.
- Maintain and optimize the Maison’s image on digital platforms including Partner Websites and Virtual Showcases.
- Coordinate Newsletter campaigns with partners, working closely with our CRM team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Brand Events and Activations.
- Work across all teams to ensure a seamless execution of each event.
- Support the processing of event invoices and keep track of all expenses.
- Assist the Brand President and other team members with administrative tasks.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising or similar role.
- Ability to translate Global guidelines to Local environments and needs.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
