Summary
The Marketing Extern will support the Travel Retail Americas Key Account Team in executing regional marketing strategies and activation plans across airport and cruise line channels. This hybrid role based in Miami involves project coordination, vendor and budget support, and collaboration with commercial and central marketing teams to drive executional excellence and develop professional skills in luxury travel retail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer presentations and update activation calendars for airport and cruise retail accounts
- Manage implementation of activations with agencies from design to installation and reporting
- Consolidate results and recommend optimizations for future programs
- Manage POSM forecasts, stocks, and request fulfillment
- Support monthly reports, best practice documentation, and team presentations
- Organize and maintain marketing team shared files and online resources
- Assist with budget updates, PO generation, payment tracking and coding
- Work with vendors to manage invoicing and vendor setup in company systems
- Support team meetings, annual planning, and activation calendar development
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with operational tasks
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks on short timelines
- Experience or interest in wines and spirits or luxury retail preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international context
- High autonomy, organization, and professional maturity
- Team player with a travel oriented mindset and positive can do attitude
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint MS Office SAP and PD Web
