Summary
The Marketing Operations Associate will lead tactical support for marketing and commercial teams across trade marketing, in-store activations, events, procurement, and logistics. This role manages project trafficking, vendor relationships, production and onsite installations while supporting budget and administrative processes. The position requires domestic travel to support installations and events.
Responsibilities
- Manage project coordination for permanent fixture production and installations
- Review and traffic renderings, quotations, and technical drawings
- Plan and communicate site surveys to cross functional teams
- Coordinate weekly vendor meetings for timeline and status reporting
- Procure and manage logistics for marketing materials
- Support onsite installation of seasonal concepts and permanent customizations
- Lead event venue vetting, layout development, vendor coordination, and onsite setup and breakdown
- Create purchase orders, submit invoices, and track budgets and reconciliations
- Set up new vendor accounts and handle additional administrative duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing operations or project management with strong execution and financial management
- Event planning and execution experience
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong negotiation interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and travel domestically as needed
