Job Description

Summary

The Marketing Special Events Coordinator supports localized integrated marketing campaigns through in-store events and activations. The role works with store teams, vendors, community partners, and central marketing teams to build awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute in-store events and activations aligned with central and local strategies.
  • Develop sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and community partnerships.
  • Support curated experiences for high-value customers and monitor event-related engagement.
  • Coordinate local publicity and influencer opportunities with the earned media team.
  • Track event results, share photos and feedback, and support community philanthropy initiatives.

Requirements

  • One to two years of direct experience.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with four in-store days and one remote day, and a flexible schedule based on events and business needs.
