Job Description

Summary

The Marketing Special Events Coordinator supports localized integrated marketing campaigns through in-store events and activations. The role partners with store teams, vendors, community organizations, and media contacts to increase brand awareness, acquire customers, and support sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-store events and activations aligned with central and local strategies.
  • Track event results, share photos, and provide feedback to central partners.
  • Develop local sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and community partnerships.
  • Coordinate curated experiences for top clients and support client engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate on local media plans, publicity, and influencer partnerships.
  • Support corporate philanthropy initiatives and guide leadership participation in community organizations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of direct experience.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including four in-store days and one remote day, and a flexible schedule based on events and business needs.
