Job Description

Summary

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing team by managing and optimizing financial operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring efficient vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Procurement) and external vendors to enhance financial operations and streamline workflow.
  • Manage vendor database, ensuring compliance with Finance policies, onboarding new vendors, and minimizing duplicate or inactive records.
  • Oversee the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including creation, coding, invoice processing, and timely approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP budget approval levels, track pending approvals, and escalate as necessary to mitigate processing delays.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn new database computer programs.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback for personal and task performance improvement.
  • Champion a problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
